Few bug fixes
Mass spawn reset, anyone missing should be respawned now
Fixed a few regions lost in the last map upgrade
Corrected some misinformation on how some quests work
Fixed Virtue Item
Fixed timers on various race skills, wood elf, vampire, ice elf, so they should all be working again. |

| Only current method to do that would be with razor. However 3rd party programs are not allowed :( The Razor client just doesn't fit this shard well. | Yep. server had its time ate. It apparently wanted to go back to thehayday of 2002. Doing a slight rollback. (~10 hours to negate the skill losses) |

| Necro was never a macroable spellbook, Jorus somewhat intentionally designed it to be a reaction-speed based character that was hard to play with in all dimensions. |

IIRC:
Mage hat -> Use the meditation skill, it gives a bonus while wearing a mage hat.
Necromancer - drop the spellbook and pick it up again. |

| I am just now getting the server online, suffice to say several things went wrong today, but i at least can get this back up before i fall asleep exhausted, it's 3:30 am CST here. Sorry for the downtime today. ISP Cycled our local node and so i didn't notice and get the dns updated.
