MAIN QUESTION under:

Koldoon came macro stone me and talk with me into invul shrines area when I was trainning..Koldoon saw me attacking a Ettin from inside he said he think that this migth be a bug..I said Koldoon are u sure...Koldoon said he will gave Pm to Gm to know if Gm think it is...Few hrs later after Ive pvp a lil bit with Silk and Venemous he came and jailed me 1 hr..
Koldoon told me it was consider a bug here in Obsidian..Said Sry Koldoon I didnt know and I never went back into a shrines invul area!!!!ASk Koldoon its 100% true...
Why is Gm Thassius cheating and telling false Story!!!
PLz Answer me ... also finely answer my main question !!!
Why cant Gm, player or any one answer my main question nicely!!!
Every one know I could not know !!! there no rules about shrines on obsidianshard.com

You've already been told this multiple times.
The ANSWER to your MAIN QUESTION is:
"If you can damage someone and they can't hurt you back, it's a bug"
On OTHER SHARDS, you can't DAMAGE PEOPLE outside the shrine, if you're inside.
Because they block ALL damage, going IN AND OUT.
Now your MAIN QUESTION has been ANSWERED.
do NOT ASK IT AGAIN.
