They were good source for making decent money once, and it was also something you wanted to collect off monsters and while u were mining.
Now they are just too cheap and don't make sense..
I say raise at least 4x times the current selling price.

Totally agree. If not x4, at least x2. Something. Anything.
Maybe lower the drop rate of gems if you think we'll make too much money. Lately I just leave them on the ground because they aren't worth the bother.

Jiz, 2x means on the lower end stones, roughly 12gp, so I suggested 4x so that at least they get up to 24 gp.
I remember back then that we had emeralds (which were the pricier ones) sell for 100-130gp each. Now they sell for 12-16gp each, so the price drop has been consistent. _________________ Quote: lol I see now... we don't change monster spawns to suit pkers who get owned by them, sorry.

Oh okay. I didn't realize it was that low. So yeah, more like 4x. Plus, certain gems should be more valuable than others. Or perhaps there could be even variance in the value per stone. In Real Life (tm), there are other factors when judging the value of a gem such as clarity.

That's a lil bit far off.
