Post subject:  Fix Archery Hit Cooldown

Currently, when you move at all, an archer must re-start the animation to fire an arrow all the way from the start. I suggest you make it work more like a melee weapon, it would be better if you could run and stop to shoot, not shoot while running but just a quick fire upon stopping not the whole animation. Archers are supposed to be dexterous and highly mobile. As it stands now they are better off sitting in one spot not moving.
Also i'm quite sure this was more like it was in T3A.

Could implement this or something similar

Heavy Xbow has max attack range, medium speed and most damage but the archer must be stationary to fire

Light Xbow has max range, low attack speed and moderate damage and the archer may move while firing

Bow has a 9 tile attack range, highest attack speed and moderate/low damage and the archer may move while firing
