Whenever i go to this town were everyone has horse's I SOMEHOW DIE! I dont know whats going on, im just new to this game and I keep getting jailed FOR DOING NOTHING... I have very little time to play games and I get jailed for 15 minutes... wtf.... seriously this is so messed up!

Are you being killed by the guards or by other players?

Use alt j to open up your journal - it'll help shed some light on the situation. In order to go to jail you must have done something that flagged you as a criminal. It could be someone putting a bag up in a trade window with you, and then you double click the bag. It could also be that you accidently attacked someone, it could also be that you double clicked someone's backpack.

If I could get ingame I'd try to help you out, but until that time try asking another player ingame to help you work out why it is you're dying.

dont give up youll get the hang of things in no time. everyone has probs the first time.
