Right guys, here's a new thing to discuss:

I managed to free up some skill, and I'm on my way to gm'ing mace and archery... now my question is:

Is poisoning worth the effort to GM?

I think it's a very expensive thing to GM too... So give me yer opinions...

Ps) I tried to make a poll, but was unsuccessful :(

It really depends on how you want to use poisoning.

If you just want to use it to interrupt the healing of other people, then you’ll do just fine with about 35 or 40 poisoning. If you want to use it actually cause damage, you'll need about 85 to 90 poisoning. No real need to GM it, because the only thing you can do with GM is throw deadly poisons, which are disabled anyway.

Keep in mind; once you start using G poisons, they are used fast. It would be HIGHLY recommended to have your own alchemist to keep you in a good supply of pots. You'll have a very hard time finding someone to make all the pots your going to need if you don’t make them yourself.

Hey guys I have a question about this, if you are a mage and you gm poisoning you are not supposed to be able to cast deadly poison right? because right now thats how its working, and i think it wasnt meant to be like that.

As far as I know, deadly poison (in all forms) has been removed. It was GREATLY overpowered. So in all honesty, to GM poison won't make a difference in DAMAGE from say 75 poisoning (when you can throw gpoisons) but it will make a difference in how often you LAND your poison pots, but no, you cannot get deadly poison anymore.

Oh ok thats what i thought... so circa plz tell a gm to fix that because as of know you can use it. I kow of a gm poison mage that used it against me last night. It takes 30hp every two secs or so. So the gms forgot to remove it.

Never bothered with poisoning... but I've always been a neutral player.

Poisoning isn't ONLY for PvP

Greater poison can really make a difference when hunting stronger monsters...

I agree with Azi about needing your own alchemist... and you might wanna make sure you get your own spot in the reg farms too...

lol no way gala lol it is deathly sick yes but it was weakened from 35+ to 30 and it is every 6 seconds as i am gm poisoning and gm magery. i dnt see y it should b disabled because to get it is hard as it is. deathly sick posion pots were disabled as people use them on monsters and owned them but the spells dont poison the monsters....is it going to be disabled?

gming poison with gm magery is the best way to go for pvp, my warrior got pwnt in less than 3 mins each time u get hurt off poison it takes like 20-40 hp off u and it takes like 4-6 seconds each time so id have to say its a must have for pvp

Poison Spell
Damage: (Magery + Poisoning) / 8

00 - 64% Magery: 12 seconds
65 - 85% Magery: 10 seconds
85 - 95% Magery: 8 seconds
