... Duo, in the last 3 months, I've given out more than 1 million - JUST in cash. I've given out over 500k in houses to new players. 100 or more weapons to new players, and around 5-6k of each reg to new players. Not to mention the amount of stuff i've donated into the "Donation Chest"

awwwe duo the brown noser.... always trying to make himself feel good by helping newbies.... well when the f*** did a newbie ever help out a vet...? and where was my help when i was a newbie...? all i remember is getting pked by mack daddy.... thats the way it should be nublets today have it way to easy... poofing.... getting their own little cirlce jerk town... having staff... having more staff that just helps them.... damn.... i think pkin newbies is helpful for them toughens them up and gives them something to strive for... like killing the dude back.... just like darwins theory says survival of the fitest.... i mean we dont want weak ppl that bitch and moan here about losing plate mail.... and like a ruin weapon... thats just annoying....

It would be VERY VERY hard if not possible to actually find out who has the most money. We're tossed it around and it's not worth the completely usless information it would provide. I mean do you calculate houses, chests in houses, just bank box, what? The stat system currently works off of parsing real time data of players as they login instead of reading the world file. To do gold I'd actually have to read the entire world file into a database that I could then run cool reports off of. Hours and hours of coding isn't worth someone laughing at how rich Garr's mom is every so often.

Be that said we still might end up doing something LIKE that but it's way down the road. Not just for gold necissarily but showing like a character profile of what items they are wearing and other junk. Just idea's we've tossed around.
