Heya everyone!

I just started playing obsidian a few days ago and created a blacksmith. I've been messing around with mining/smithing, and took someone elses suggestion in one of the threads here, and basically did nothing but craft daggers then resmelt them into ingots. Thats working out just fine, and my skills are going up quick.

The question that I want to ask is, is there any way to make a macro for mining and/or smelting ore? Or an easier way than double-clicking on my pick/hammer? Not trying to sound lazy (but I am lol!) but I think I'm starting to get carpeltunnel here :P

Thanks in advance.

If you set an in-game macro to "last object > wait target > target self" you can use that to mine, it will mine the spot right underneath of you.

To set an in-game macro, open your paperdoll (alt+p) then click "options" then go to the bottom left tab, which looks like an arrow going in a circle, and set up the macro there as I stated above.

Hope this helps, happy smithing :)

yes there is, under option/macrop option. Press Add button, then put any of the F1-F12 button as button for macro.

Mining Macro:
First action should be LastObject and second action TargetSelf, then use pickaxe one time manually and after that you are good to go to mine where you stand.

When crafting/melting back i think you can use same macro for getting up the Smith meny. If you see me ingame give me a shout and i can show you some makes life easier tips in-game. // ambient

EDIT: Damn, Emo got before me hehe

Remember that Last object macro. You use it alot in obs no matter what kind of character you have.
