Staff really needs to section off the newb areas of cove then eh... The policy is very confusing at the moment.. just fence it all off and put a noob gate at the end.. Course people have tons of runes into there already cause of the town :o hmmm.. dunno..

i think the easiest way to do it would be just to shorten the area of cove terr. And give the area that is not a PK free zone to the next terr. in that direction. For Example if it is legal to Pk in cove mines area make that Minoc or Vesper Terr. That way .where would serve as the best way to know where to PK and any ss that was taken would say cove terr. and cut out the guess work.

looting is part of this game....jsut giving noobs their stuff back after they were illegally looted would handicap them later in the game when they have even more valuable items. it took me a few times getting my ass looted dry to figure out. "go train damn noob" or bank sit :D

so I don't think having harsh punishments for looting is neccessary jailtime yes but paying 70k as compensation fees? thats way to damn high. esp since we are talking about most of the offenders being noobs who don't know the rules. I would say make a jail cell that has the rules posted on all the walls or something and make them sit there and read them all for a few hours.

I know as a noob i didn't know all the jailable offences :roll:

Not really Drac...I just use the area I said for pk'in none n00bs...if I come across a new char around cove I won't attack them...unless it's a new char of an older person I don't get on with.

yeah i know many say that the "no pk zone" is at this line....but others have said its the .where stuff...so yeah a line in game would be nice...but still wont stop some people, and you will still have the problem of people running to this area when you attacked them elsewhere
