skillgain is still slow.

poisoning is now a big part of pvp. and not the poisoning weapons you're probably used to, but throwing poison pots and casting the spell. this has led to warriors defaulting to 60 anatomy to heal hp while poisoned instead of curing.

not sure if you've been gone this long, but pots also have timers now, along with the summon animal spell (to delay grizzly bear armies.)

some of the spells have been "revamped"/"devamped," and you can't choose any race other than human now.
-summon animal = timer // spawns on self
-bless/curse = disabled
-mind blast = damage reduced
-fire field = no longer gains resisting spells // bug to drop stats fixed
-poison = no longer stay poisoned after rez

healing takes X number of bandages, determined by skill (i believe 1 bandage per 10 hits healed per heal, IE: you heal 35 hits and use 4 bandages) instead of the 1 bandage 1 heal thing.

necromancy is gone... along with stablemasters.

i can't think of any other important changes atm.

I was here for the healing changes when you needed a tool to heal. Do the bandages actually disappear after use as did before?

I'm not looking to make another gm alchemist, fisher, mage again, looking at more of a fun role of warrior / healer. Bandages plays a big part in this area.

Your gonna need to leech off alot of people if the only char you plan to make is a warrior with no crafter or mage support.. If you plan on having fun that is rather than just watching your int go up to 60 in no time.

They go to a bloody pile in your pack now actually. There was a way to wash them when they got bloody. But i never did it and im not sure if that is still in-game.

The old way was to wash them in the river / bucket of water. Or do you just get bloody bandages that can't be used now?

the bloody pile will vanish when you double click them.


the shard has gotten a lot better man, cybervic has done some really great work on the dungeons, it is a lot different.

Thats true the PvM is pretty fun we gotta give obs that.. hard without a daemon though.. It would be a bit easier on warriors if they took out all the totally worthless drops.. There are only like 6 good weps in the entire game anymore.. Vets dont have so much trouble as we can kill things that drop every time.. But when a newb get screwed on drops 9/10 times its frustrating.. Even if they left the crappy weps noone uses at least take out the bronze shield kite shield female plate and a few more totally pointless drops.. cant think of em all right now... oh chainmail.. noone is restricted to chainmail only and it hurts our miners economy anyway dun it...
