i just bout a house off sombody and i cant stock the vendor so... how do i ?

Is the vendor name blue to you? If so you have to get the last owner to release him. Once that is done, you wait for a world save, then you can hire the vendor by saying (vendor name) hire. Drop some gold on him and he is yours.

I'd suggest to drop on him about 10k . That way he's yours for about a month or so.
