You get Alcohol from a few places theres a few shops in britian.
If you go to the healers in britian theres an alcohol shop next to it.

When you drink the first bottle you loose a large amount around 5 str. after that it will only -1 everytime you drink one.
Then everytime you *HIC* your str goes up by 1

if you are still in cove Balendin in the store next to the gate is the place to go.

Any provisioners sells, It can take between 1 and 10 temp str. Equip your wepon before you drink as you might not be strong enough If your to low or If you drink lots of bottles In one go. Ask a mage to cast weaken on you aswell , that can reduse str by around 20 <<<< more cost effective if you dont have much gold and lasts longer.

It would be wise to save your money and buy a few mace fff anyway if you can find them. Alcohol or the weaken spell will get you higher than 75 but there are only 2 ways to get to 100 str, (mace and wrestling) and buying str fish at 10-12k each at 80 str is kind of stupid.

Like Belgarion said, except for the wrestling part. Use mace to get ur str up to 100, then drop it. But sometimes mace will not get u to 100 before ur 2 week time is done. So hunt also for the money that u need for mace fff. This would work best, but dnt do wrestling cuz theres no point in even bothering to train that. And if ur using mace, buy a smith hammer, that trains mace, and will not un-equip during battle.

I'll kill 2 birds with one stone here... fff = forgetful fish, which are what you buy and eat in order to drop/forget a skill... each fff will remove 10 points of a skill. The only place to get them is from players/player vendors, unless you want to bust your butt and drown in boredom training a fisher ><

well if you really want to train only swords (god knows why) I'd suggest alcho. like they said and or wrestling.
but being a tank you won't be near your stat cap anytime soon, hell i'm still no where near my stat cap.
so i'd say wrestle and get the wrestling FFF to drop it later thing is the fish can cost from 100 to 200k if you train your wrestling to 100.
but oh well do what you see fit,

Why would he do wrestling if it is dbl the price for fff and is twice as hard to find? The only ppl who should be doing wrestling is those who plan on keeping the skill.

I'm gonna mace till I have decent strength then drop it for swords.
