So I'm going around Vesper... (No, I didn't know there was a very entertaining super duper quest going on....) and I die... my red stang disappears and so does my inventory... i'm stuck there for hours and where do u get help? paging? i don't think so...

Vesper has signs indicating what has happened. Also you haev a account on forums which also has information on Vesper

Your not planning on giving a player a new red stang because theirs wandered off because they went to vesper when its clear as hell theres something going on there ..right staff member?..

Well, if you can't get a friend, you go and res yourself, then go back and recover your stuff.

It isn't that hard really. There is an ankh a small walk away at vesper graveyard. Recovering a corpse, even from an area littered with deathtraps, is not hard, especially if you use any of the methods available for detecting such deathtraps, such as using a pet animal/mount or summoning one, and have it walk ahead of you. Only walk where it walks, and when it walks into a deathtrap, it dies, saving you a life and time spent running back to a res ankh.

Unfortunately, I think that Vesper is one giant deathtrap atm I lost a horse and all my equipment by accidently running into Vesper... wrote it off as a lost cause...

I think the problem here is that you lost your stang and you want it back.
By talking about this on the forums will not get you anywhere.
If you talk to a seer/GM they can get rides back if they feel that you should get it back
