my healing is 100.8 real and it wont stop increasing, does it mean that it also gets better than 100.0%? or is it just waisting of skill points..

Well if i remember right you can get it to 120% though mine stoped increesing after 100.8 and didnt move for years now. You should check obsidian skill guide for more information.

healing and a few others will push above 100 and from what i remeber, the points over 100 do count, so yes ur healing is above gm.

i heard that it actually means that you're 99.2% healing now as it kindda decreases after 100%

Skills wont go higher than 100.8

my healing and poisoning is 100.8

Some skills do go higher - I know of a few cases where people have had 100.9 healing but I don't think anyone has gone over 101 in any skill, so who knows!
