It seems that all items within my house can be locked and unlocked to the ground successfully but items outside seem to be bugged a bit.
I was able to use my master key on the few closest rocks of my fence and get the message saying "You successfully lock/unlock the item" but they can still be picked up and moved about. The rest (items about 3 tiles away from my door) said "the item does not have a lock."
My fence is back to what it was before the patch, props for that, but now everything is just there for the taking.

Yeah i just discovered this myself, but im just gunna leave things the way they are for now - unlike some players houses they're just for decoration and not actually protecting anything of significant value
Also like a lot of players i chose to use rocks for my fence/border & the .flip command to set them the way i prefered them - was just wondering if this command gone for good now?

noticed this one too...
also found that some items that were locked down can't be unlocked. the item in question was a shrunk peg on my balcony. its not there anymore, but now i have to shrink it again.
