I agree with Belgarion on this. Cant even read forums while i macro? Thats realy retarded, training takes hours after hours, and you expect people to just sit and watch there monitor? Thats ridiculous...

The reason for that is because people will just say they were on forums no matter what they were doing. But there are things that you can do and still focus enough attention on the screen to respond to staff. Read, watch T.V. etc. But if you really want to make it less tedious maybe bring down the time it takes to GM some skills.

as i said earlier, as more of these get implemented, a lot of skills won't take as long to gm as they did on the old shard.
but that's also because systems that we couldn't do on the old shard we can do now.

So yeah, less boring skills to spam all day. I want to take away the incentive to macro, so that people really won't feel the need to. No point trying to fight it if its boring, so instead fix the system, not the symptom. :P

That being said, no, i'm not going to make fire fly out people's asses when they smelt. But there are a few systems that people have brought up that i think we can make work.

But there are more important things to work on right now, i'd rather get the rest of the shard back to the way it should be before i work on upgrading some skills much more. :)

no actually what belg showed me one day it is
actually useful to be able to fish through a bridge
i used to use a macro that double clicked on me
and then i fished the dock.......and i set it so that
it walked all the way down the bridge.....when it was done
i would start over....and there was no need to be worried
about afkers because if u became afk....then ur
character would be fishing amilesly through the woods....
so u had to be near ur computer.....

i usually gained around 4.0 or more in a day doing this.... :D

That is the same way I trained my fisherman. I never got 4.0 in one day though, but there is only so much fishing I could stand. But unfortunately, he's not done yet.

The other down side was that in the old world the NPCs would steal your fff if you didn't pick them up right away. At least now you don't have to fight the NPCs for your fish.
