Somehow a small percentage of our new users are running into color problems where everything shows up black. I have yet to figure out why it only happens to a few people. Anyways there IS a quick fix.

Unzip it into your C:\Games\Obsidian directory or wherever you installed the game. This should resolve any complications.

Default installation directory is C:\program files\ultima online

You know why did this happen?

No clue because the file is included in the installer so for some reason it's corrupt or not unpacking correctly for some of you.

now it's all gray (thick scanlines...) and kinda like web in some zones...

This dud not fix my problem BB, and I can't play in windows mode and have to use full screen because it goes all neon green on me.

I had this happen as well, but quickly rectified it by reinstalling the program.
