Does Spirit Speak Accualy help Necromancery in Obsidian i know it helps on other shards but not so sure about obsidian.

Blame jorus for this, but i can't tell you that. Ask him really nicely and he might relent, but last word from him was no one is supposed to explain necromancy's inner workings and people have to test it.
