there my opinio the shard was on a good way before just have fixe race and invul bug could have be enough BUT no....
1 -house are pretty nice with that new system .
2 -worker stuff are ok impossible to macros good point no more fisher 100% after 4 days.
3 -pvp... if would have be fixe by people who know it could have worked but its not, pvp is f***** over 75%.
4 -so fix pvp...then iam sure many will come back....
5 -staff its ok to put ur friend staff..if they do their work proper...lol loging 1 time per week drunk and do shit like .many conselor seer i see on this shard.
6 -its easy to understand obsidians probleme is lack of decent conselor/seers and pvp f***** way too much...

I haven't been on much after the emu change (at that time lag and totally difference in pvp interaction killed all my interest), but I still voted "yes" for the changes. It's only a start and eventually it will get sorted out.

So I'm waiting here.. For a year and a half so far.

Sure, they go around and try to fix crafting first.., cause surely that'll bring in all the new players. Can't argue with that.

So yeah, we, as an UO server are on the right track.

Here is my main concern in a nut shell, Yes Obsidian is different for other shards which is why we all love it. But it is still UO. I am afraid that if we stray too far from the original design we might scare off potential players. That and with some skills the difficulty gain thing works with others it will just take insane amounts of time. Yes people want to earn there chars but noone wants to for example walk around the map for a year trying to tame everything they can find so they can build a tamer.

You're forgetting that 95% of past, present and future Obsidian players have not played true OSI UO... let alone the 10-year-old OSI UO that Obsidian's theme is based on.

So, how can players be scared of missing something they've never known?

I think we need to trust in the fact that Obsidian is unique, and eventually everything will work out. Let's wait and see.

hmmm my decision depends on the whole crafting patch ima wait for that till i can atleast say something abou it the only thing that i dont like are the insane skill gains you guys implanted these days and dont say it didnt change cuz its now devided by hard ness to make the item ....it did change

um i think being done slowly by 1 person is a double edged sword

the vision (although we might not agree to it) will be uniform, because 1 guy coded the whole thing, meaning he knows the scripts really inside out

and by it being slow, as things slowly change they get well tested in between the next patch lol so things ultimately get well balanced,slowly but very very thoroughly ,, lol

i do think more people would be better, but not everyone can be trusted that can script SOOOO i doubt ti will happen,
