at 60.0 anatomy and healing, u used to only heal yourself (not curing poison).
and above 60 (from 60.1 to 100), u can heal/cure yourself.

i got only 60.0 anatomy on my mage.. and i still can heal and cure.
on the other char i got 54 anatomy i can only heal and can't cure poison.

i think it should be like before.. that above 60.0 anatomy and healing, ull be able to heal/cure.. not just at 60.0

At the beginning of the fight we both agreed on not to spam bears, of which you then said you have 0.0 animal lore, which means if you did try to spam bears, I believe they would leave the owner?

So then how did you spam bears if ur animal lore is at 0? You had at one time 4 bears unshrunk attacking me without them leaving you. And you tried running halfway through the fight, but I walled you back in and that is when you decided to cheat and spam bears. But w/e, let's just play the game and have fun.

Second. When the fought i was there the whole time and spawn out healed him with no problem then once he lived that's when he tried to run and get out and spawn walled him again. THEN i see hemo come to *watch the fight* soon as hemo comes up u see 4 bears pop out and he would have lived if he didin't run out of mana pots cause he told me on msn that he ran out.

This got off topic pretty bad.
Anyway, i'm trying to move all the "xx.1" skill limits to "xx.0".
Just makes more sense for something to happen on an even number rather than the first skillgain after it.
So yeah, this was intentional and staying this way, to be in line with other skills and bonuses happening on the full number most of the time.
