Necro's cast twice and fizzle the first spell, making it take double mana sometimes....

also the system is really buggy with casting.. when your que is high in pvp situations... often going out of que..

also. is the 15% fizzle all mage spells still effective? because most of the time when i cast, i get an instant fizzle.. (no armor message) and it's mainly for magery spells... just thought that was supposed to be removed as it wasn't in the necro part.. but maybe thats a new thing in magery... just wanted clarification

yes i def fizzle tons of mage spells....

not only ddo they fizzle when que'd 90% of the time
they also fizzle when your being attacked, reguardless if the attack timing is off by a bit. (monster hits u early)
they fizzle, its really WACK how dp you fizzle instant spells? poison also fizzles necro spells.....

can the short b4 hand delay on every spell be removed.. it doesnt seem like much, but that little window of time makes it so necro's fizzle ALOT

its pretty wack.... specially seeing that it takes your mana...

the fizzle due to que i dont mind, because it takes little mana.... and it cast right after usually.. sometimes it spams the same spell multi times until your mana is out (then some more) and that means 0 mana for poor old necro and your stuck there due to the freeze from casting spells.. sucks when it happens with total protect.... not only does it block your magery and other necro spells, but it drains your mana.,,, and gives no boost lol

edit- also when medding you fizzle necro spells....

im trying a necro to see how it works.. gm animal lore and gm taming....when i try to cast magery spells why does it say the magery spell fizzles all the time i cant even cast a few bears in a row i have to wait like forever..and no i didnt use any necro spell anytime around then.

Maybe you fizzle more at 80 magery vs 100?

ya. it's not normal fizzle, it doesnt even let u cast the spell, it just instantly says you fizzle lol
u dun even get the spell words -_-

i think the old 15% fizzle is still in on necros
