First of all, you dont loose karma when you die.
Second we tryed make an island once and half the shard stopped playing, and it already was a very low population

Pking is part of the game. Go to other places where PKs don't go. I don,t go to shame (and before you ask me, I went there because angelizer was with me and told me we should go there), covetous, deceit, destard, despise, that's a lot of dungeons you can go to

You can even go to the dangerous dungeons if you time it right. Last night Nem and I went on a nice little run through wrong after making sure that none of the major pkers were on (Cokane, Mythrandir). As for Primal, I'm 80% sure that I could take him.

Primal has ox the necromancer sitting in the runestone chamber for him now, just to tell him when someone goes to wrong; pathetic

I think Pk?s are a big part of the game, it makes the game more enjoyable. The only players I think Pk's shouldn't kill are newbies because I can't see the reason for it other then to piss someone off or that the pk can't kill anything else. It's nice when pk's don't attack craftsmen because they hardly never gonna be able to defend themself, but it's still the nature of the game or atleast a big part of it as I said in the beginning, it all comes down to being carefull if that's even possible since u aint that hard to find

The thing is that people are people so there will always be some morons who'll use an exploit, or brake rules whenever they can, the sad thing is that those who don't do stuff like that, often suffer the consequence for it, perhaps the best way to deal with those who do stuff like that, would be to punish them individually but that itself is probebly more difficult then it seems. Because it's hard for staff to be on 24/7, and even tho people help by pageing staff when they think or have seen rulebraking or players using xploits staff doesn't know if they are telling the truth or not, so my conclusion is what choice do they have?, they need to adress the problem and fix whatever chep trick players us, to bad that others have to suffer for it.

Hopefully some people will learn something, so staff doens't have to make this kinda changes in the future, and if people don't change, then what should they do?

Primal why where ur GM page priv.. removed?

maybe there is someone who is really anti pk, and he made a pk char to abuse all that stuff just to get it disabled for all the other pks!! ingenious...

yeah this is an old thread, but as you can see there are still people that read the replies ^^

BB's got the right idea, if the pk'ers exploit the rune chamber for their own pking gains, then they should loose the right to use it. It's probably the easiest fix.
the easiest fix is never the best it normally resolves in more problems
i htink that Pking is part of the game if there were no pk'ers it wouldnt be as much fun or a challenge

if they could make a scurity camera thing or something for the runcahmber it would be good. then ou could catch the abusers

but i dont know if this is possible
:P
