World Changes:
--Chaos Shrine has had a minor shift south of its prior location and a minor upgrade.
--The wall surrounding the outskirts of Cove has been removed
--The bugged water section East of the llama shaped peninsula outside Cove has been mended.
--Shame level 2 bridge area has had some items removed. It should now stop elementals being caught there.
--Resurrection tiles in Hythloth have been removed and an ankh placed near the entrance of level 4.

Bug fixes:
--Shame level 2 elementals SHOULD stop walking across the water and becoming trapped in those water tiles. Please report back if it still happens.

World Changes:
--Vegetable seller removed from Britannia Animal Care (next to mage tower in Britain). Currently the house is due to be rezoned as an empty house. Happy to hear ideas about it.

Skill Changes:
-- Bandage ressurection cooldown was not calculating appropriately at gm levels. Has been fixed to be 30 seconds at gm anatomy/healing.

World Changes:
-- All houses refreshed and set to 30 days
-- -- We'll treat decays as not happening for now, but keep your refresh's up or the sign will go dark.

Website Updates:
-- Account Creation reworked, should now be near instantaneous again and work properly
-- -- The limits when checking for existing accounts has been upped. While the potential for abuse in creating multiple accounts is now there, it should cut down on the number of false positives we have and for people who want to get a family member in easier.

NPC Changes:
-- Goomageddon is now properly flagged a boss
