or maybe the page system should only tell if there is GM's online, and just nevermind seers and counselors, personally i think there is nothing more piss off than being told there is no queue a gm online and never get a reply, or at least in such cases (no or really few message queues) take the time to warn us about their incapacity to help. of course its not always possible but heh, when it is it would be appreciated to know instead to wait and rot in hope youll get some help soon.

and to come back on my first point, it would just make a good surprise to get help in situations seers and counselors could help, maybe its not more possible than to tell which kind of staff is on but it could still be a way to explore in case the other one doesnt work.

Just adding A little here guys, we the Gms/Serrs/counselors are here to help you not replace your horses,give you gold,replace your stuff that you lost when you got pked, so dont page and ask please and if someone killed you and looted you in A no pk zone screen shot it (take A picture) please so we have proof that it happened im sorry your word is not good enough for us to jail someone and get your stuff back ,we will ask for proof and if you have none we will say we are sorry we cant help you unless staff sees it happen.

The job of a counsellor is to answer pages. Sorta makes him obsolete if only the GMs answer them.

Counselors also answer pages. But if there are no conselors on then GM's answer them. wouldn't you rather us answer them then ignore them? And yes there are certain pages only GM's can fix aka house issues and other things that involve changing or moving stuff. Counselors pretty much are normal players with invulnerability and the ability to teleport themselves and stuck players.

Also sometimes we are in the middle of a complex page or doing an event because there might not be anything in the que so the staff member who was one went to do something time consuming and during an event really can't leave the event for a page. We will if there is a 2nd staff member on or if it's a REALLY dire page like someone PK'ing in cove or something we need to handle immediately.
