I know someone who got caught with 3 kilos of coke in his trunk....he got 6 months for that....He was out of Jail for a month, then went back for 3 years for a parole violation.....A great lawyer got him 6 months, and a f***** up wife got him 3 years?the justice system in the US is screwed.

this was back in the 80s.....he was leaving Chicago when he got busted....there were also some "extenuating circumstances" involved with him only getting 6 months...
