ok i here was taming and shit and im gm and ok i try and tame a yellow stang lowest stang color and ok it took em two hours and i never tamed it it would no with me feedin it and eveyrthin so wtf is goin on there?

Feeing the stang will do no good, make sure your tamer is well fed though. I remember Jorus saying he was going to make it if you had higher str/int and animal lore they should tame faster, but I dont think he got round to it.

heres something im pretty sure makes some kind of difference, check the animals anatomy, as far as horses go the ones with superhuman str seem to be harder to tame usually, ive seen a horse that no one could tame stay in serpents hold forever while all the other stangs and horses were getting tamed beside it. i decided to tame it and it took like an hour what a mean horse. it had higher stats than the other horses i dunno but thats not the first time ive seen that. and in my expreience, if its the first time theyve been tamed, gold stangs are always a beast to tame,

ive also seen orns tamed one try over and over then there was one that took ages, guess what he had superhuman str and the others did not. i know all mustangs have superhuman stats, so i guess for them it is the color that makes the random chance slimmer. but for what its worth, golds have always been tough for me too, but there seems to always be the chance youll get lucky and get it fast. i guess its just an odds thing.

i remember when you could tame a mustang at any taming skil lol. it took aaaages though at low skills. how many pple knew that Drizzt used to be 90 taming lol. too bad a roleplaying wood elf was worthless in a fight.
