Egg's idea is a lot simpler, yours involves the banned player being there, thats a bit tricky, they'd prob log off. Unless a GM summons a man and renames it, nice idea, bit trickier tho, and time consuming organising it.

the banned player should be invited to participate at his execution, to log in for the last time, bid his farewells etc. Should he refuse then a gm should be in his player. Yes, lots of organizing and really tricky. We should also have an executioner, wearing an executioner's axe. That would be an excelent event, man I would love to see that
