Cuz noone looted van impes account, they looted an account that wasnt his, was illegal, and it wasnt hacked, just that the owner had given teh account away and van impe happened to be using it at the time, which is illegal to have multiple accounts anyways. He didnt earn anything that was there, since it wasnt his account.
