went back to most of those towns and still couldnt find any open Tailoring shops.. Cove is off limits to a character over 1 month old, and Wind, I have to find it first, but from what I've read you need 70 Magery to enter. Also I cant seem to get a boat anywhere so I dont know if any of the islands maybe have shops. As it is, Britain seems like the best bet (aka only other town with an open tailoring shop)

and yes, i frequent the shops in Vesper all the time :D
