exactly i mean yes it sux alot i agree but i personally have seen it happend time and time again and noone ever get a rollback.. im just saying.. he should be helped in another way for sure..

hmm account should be blocked after 3 bad passwords entered, then an email should be sent to ur email account with unlocking link-best way of protection imo. |

Thats a real shitty thing for someone to do to someone like Barney or to anyone for that matter but i hope you get your accounts sorted one way or another be it a rollback or just remake your chars ,i dont care if i lost a mill to a rollback as i know you would do it for us to see that all your skills/stats were given back.Hope all goes well and hope to cya back soon in full form. |

yeh, wtf are 2 days to few years?!? i dont mind if i loose some skills(gaiined like 3,0 in fishing and 5 in cooking) but that is really nothing to me comparing to that what barney has lost. i know u'd do that for me too m8(or not who knows. JK  )

To loosely quote Broadband, this is the precise reason that accounts are generated with a random alphanumeric password, in order to keep them secure. However, just because someone managed to guess your password does not mean that what has happened is acceptable. If we do manage to find out who did this they will be banned. As far as reconstructing your characters, there will only ever be one Von Carstein in my mind. I will, though, speak to admin and see if we can at least try to help rebuild the damage that has been done. It would surely be a shame to lose a great vet in this way. I'm pretty confident that a rollback would not take place, though, even if every staff member and player stood up and agreed with it. I'm very sorry to here about what happened, I consider you a mate so I personally think this absolutely sucks. Rest assured myself and the other staff are looking into it. If a higher-staff consensus is reached then rebuilding your character(s) should be fairly easy... as would be relinking your house ownership. HOWEVER the major issue here is that when similar issues have occured in the past, the decision has been taken by admin *not* to reinstate/recreate/restore characters... so I cannot promise anything! |

Many Thanks to admin blinkers, he has recreated 2 of my chars and will do the rest later, He has given me some of the things back, however some of the items are irreplacable and I wont get back, not to worry though the main point is that I am back and i'll see you in game. Paul |
