Id could hand teh weight of a claymore.. and if it was to heavy (which it ist) id use my shoulder to give the sword a huge lunge forwaerd with controlling it.... nut then i woudl be screwed cause if i couldnt swing it arounf i wouldnt be bale to get it back at that stance

well if you can't man handle a 45 pound sword your pretty weak  I don't mean flail it around like a scimart but you should get a decent swing and recover with it |
