if loot is even across the board specialized hunting like you found before is pointless.

also theres no advantage for those people who want to hunt larger mobs or specialized mobs, because like terek said, anyone can just go to lower covetous and shame and just kill lots of lesser mobs, and get the same loot with less danger and with relative ease compared to lets say, hunting drakes or dragons....

the problem isn't that it's to little gold.. i understand why the wipe happened,
but hunting should be more beneficial when the player actually challenges themself..

my mage is a full build for PvM and thats it .......... and all i use is poly to hunt once im a while some other spell to buff , maybe heal cure and that it...... and YEAH u can pk easy a pvm build with dispel just like belg say so that stuff about been overpowered is not true......... and i agree with the rest poly hunts can make this economy more alive.


i dont want a daemon with 110dex also but i wanna to have a descent dex not a crappy one that take a hit every 5 min or something with 90 dex i think should be ok plus ur buff and thats it thats not a advatage of any kind .

ok but again if you have to keep using regs and pots to get enough dex to not suck totally what is the point? When you calculate the resources you are using and compare it to what you are gaining and the time it takes to even kill now because even with 100 dex you miss about 50-60% of the time, it is not even worth hunting you might as well use your warrior for that too. And I am all for realism but when it means a char i spent a shit load of time and money perfecting is now worthless i say f*** realism. Balance > realism. Players > realism.

it simply makes making a PvM more of a burden than a reward, i mean making
one now wouldn't waste much regs if you are able to hunt them, but once you
achieve the daemon poly the dex received with it doesnt add up to how much time
on put into the character

a agility pot is that much of a problem? lol?

there like 50 gp at the store... if that........ so um whats the prob with buying like 10,,, and it'll pay for it's self iif dex is the only problem...

well to me remembering to buy an agility pot every now and then before hunting
is not only a waste of time, but a tedious act to remember while playing the damn game

well, at least we know that alchemist will make a lot of money and spend most of
their time crafting agility pots on a daily basis

or sit there one day and craft 100.............

then not have to worry about it for a few weeks......

and obsidian is a collection of small tedious tasks...... if u didnt notice yet lol

And how long does an agility pot last? So to hunt for an hour you would need how many of those? And that still just brings your dex just over 100 so you still miss like hell and use a ton of regs because of the huge healing delay. It makes it not even worth taking it out hunting.

the reason i was saying that oply need more dex was cus they fail alot of hits and i thought that was because of the dex changes but at 100dex using buff/pots there is no reason to fail hit like a mofo wish is what is happening, maybe is not the dex in poly maybe is the wrestling skill in poly

no its the dex
i doubt that the wrestling skill in general is causing much fail
the problem is the amount of dex that is now given to the poly forms

(1) I don't think dex is related to your hit miss ratio of any skill besides fencing and archery.. I credit that complaint to what seems to be your lack of testing.. but on the other hand, There's no way to tell unless BoB or anther staff member has stated this,,, Due to the suck search feature on this forum, and the rest of your post.. I will just make an educated guess and say you pulled that out of ur ass.....

(2) your healing delay with dex or without will be over 13 seconds due to your magery and sheild... thats unavoidable....... I say get used to the timer working like it was intended... (even though I might not agree with it's intended timer because it's way to huge of a penalty)

(3) agility pots go for 2.5k for 50 now it's not cutting into your monitory gain, your just bitch!ng.. that comment was just stupid imo
