Also animals should not be able to enter town areas unless tamed. ATM its overrun with wild animals.

Animals enter town on purpose, actually. It's not uncommon for this timeperiod to see wild animals wandeirng about. If you want an animal free town, pay the guards more or kill them yourself.

As for the spawns, yeah i'll rebalance them a bit.
