holy crap...I actually agree with you. The end is nigh my friend.
:)

if you let all the weak stuff have higher gold , the better players will camp them for easy loot( if they swarm) you would have to put more gold into the despise lvl 1 and that would be it.

I just want to say this ..loot tables should not be based on what necros and mages can do they can recall amongst other things. Which why I support runebooks and believe they should be implemented. Warriors miss tons of times ..they deal less damage. Bring a warrior to shame alone to hunt golems and you will notice the difference. I am not gonna explain it just believe me if you are going to recruit you will have to entice a player to stay and not have them come into this game and finding out its hard as hell to do anything...they will leave quickly to a newer game.
My checklist would be
- Runebooks and increased loot/increase value of lootable items to be sold to vendors
-Bigger world map and access to almost all areas etc, new dungeons and npcs
Thanks.

Golems are meant to be a tougher NPC. If all characters, poly and warrior, dealt the same damage it would be ridiculous. The mage takes more training resources to make thus the payoff when you can hunt bigger NPCs. I think gold drops are just fine so far. A warrior can solo level 1 and 2 of Shame no problem and those NPCs drop a good amount of gold. No need for golems.

Nevermind deleted my post loot is not bad...still want to be able to sell gems at a higher price and armor as well etc but gold drops actually seems better than before.... My point is to keep players so making changes from here on out has to be something that makes it easier for a new user. Thats all I was really trying to get at.

*runebooks*

The only noob dungeon that needs work in my opinion is despise lvl 1. Other than a couple of skeleton archers, a skeleton mage and the odd orc, there is nothing in there but centaurs and those things hit like 30-50 per. I don't think any noobs will be killing those.

The Centaurs are even a problem for a poly-mage as well.

They hit 30-50 on a consistent basis, which is killer for lower players.

The Centaurs in level 1 of Covetous for new players has to be dealt with as well.

Way too many Centaurs there as well, more than actually needed in my opinion.
