it depends on what you want your weakness to be, since you will have them no matter what. Don't get mace fighting unless you want to be helpless against mages for instance (unless you catch them somwhere they can't recall) Don't get archery unless you want to have a disadvantage against pure warriors (since you're losing points that could go into anatomy, healing, parrying, or anything else that helps you rely less on your magery)

I would personally recommend not investing a full 100% into something like resist spells because you don't have enough life to count on being able to resist any spells when you need to. 70-80% should be a decent amount for that. There's also not much point in GM magery; at the most, get 85% if you want to be able to use demon form.

id say tho, gm magery is essential, at 85 i still fizzled on fs, now i cant reacll 1 fizzle since im gm

You'll fizzle regardless of what your magery is, but the difference is insignificant in comparison to the additional healing delay plus the skill points that you can't use on something else. About the only difference between 85% and 100% is poison, but that doesn't matter as much now that they fixed poison stacking.

ive nticed a significant difference from 85 to GM, and ya, deathly posion is a tonne better than very sick, and i believe GM mage spells are harder to resist than a non GM mage.
And i GM'ed mag res simply by fightin tonnes of magic casting monsters, and im not gonna eat those fff, neva! the bragability of being gM mag res is worth the usage of the skill points.
