When I was new I started my miner bruiser, but after my 2 weeks of poofing and getting gM miner I got bored and started using him to hunt aswell, following on from what i saw Valon (STA) doing, killing orcs at wrong. But I was really new and didnt know that you could be killed by another player. Then I saw Primal (who was only like a month or 2 older than me, and voldemort who was my age). I thought since they were newish they would be nice. Primal chased volde away and then started doing lightnings on me, and as any good noob would do I ran. But being a total noob I logged out inside the entrance to wrong, as I thought I would auto-log like in town. After 10 mins, i logged back to see my dead body and me as a ghost. The shadow armour I'd bought from Rich and the +5 longsword from Sancho all gone. Also I didnt know you could res, so I thought the game was over and that I had to make a new player. Oh the joys of noob-hood. I later found out Primal didnt loot my shit, he only took the 2k on my body, it was some other ppl who came later, as the server had like 80 ppl on, Wrong was really busy back then. i admired Primal from then on :)

Lol Duck do you know who Ominushi was? He was like a 24 y o char challenging newbs and looting those who didnt poof. He was Kaine lol the one who got a ban. And Henessy earlier who got a second ban, Kaine was a cove hunter

uuuuuhhhhhmmmmm one quick question than you can get back to kill stories. There is a better way to heal than cliking on your bandies than on yourself? How?

By making sure your bandage was the last item you clicked, then hitting the key for your "last object, wait for target, target self macro". You can set it up in the macro section of the options window.

I remember when I first joined this shard. There was a guy that even the pkers feared, who would kill me on sight for daring to wear my agapite in wrong :lol:

This individual looted me dry so many times that I despaired, but I vowed to train hard and some day be the kind of fighter that would strike fear or respect into the hearts of my enemies.

The player also had a staff account that, while this ended in dissapointment, devoted much time and energy to creating many fun events for the players of obsidian.

This Pker is the reason why I spent more time than any other current warrior on this shard devoted to pure PvP.

His name is Kilourious.

ah ah ah... i hold countless memories on obsidian both on my player account and on my staff account.

lets start with the player account.

A few year back as a newb no knowing crap all. haha i got killed allll the time. It seemed as if every time i got something good, i lost it, wether to a pker or a monster. I guess that is what push me to become better. And i did. Anywho, as a young player i loved to hunt. i used to spend hours and hours cruzing through dungeons killing all in sight. The first year i swear to god, i never left minoc, i was sooo afraid to go into the big city of britain and get killed. so i hunted mostly in covetous. When i finaly decided to give britain a try, i met zureese. we were both pretty new at the game. He had made a guild called High lords army... which was the biggest newb guild ever, but my first guild nonetheless. Me and zur as well as valor trained together alot, hunting, always looking up to the vets. It was almsot an honor when vets came to hunt with us. sad, but true. Well we eventually got better and started hunting drags and wyrms. Me and zur spent days hunting wyrms. We used to hunt till we had no reags, then when one ran out, i would usualy do suicide missions to kill the wyrms. good times. Then i became staff for a bit, then i came back and there werent any monsters worth killing anymore, so i started pking. Pking was alot of fun for me because it was different everytime. I kept getting myself in difficult situations and often found myself the last one standing. Although i have been in wrong a few times and gotten suprised by players who i thought would be cake. hehe i guess its fair to say that ive had my share of players who wanted to kill me... with explain why it was never a 1 on 1 fight. anywho i can go on and on about stories on my players account

ON my staff account, ive made at leat 100 events during my stay. We had just brought in a bunch of newbs. we have over 100 players online back when i was staff. I hosted multiple events at once... events such as pyramid battles, FFA, boat battles, 1 vs 1, monster bashes and countless quests. I guess i really enjoyed being staff. I guess the most frustrating time, was when we had the noob rush, i answered like 50 pages a day. no exageration. it was hell. we had questins like what is a pickaxe, how do i go places and blah blah blah... and yes i did feel like .killing half of them. but i didnt. my patience prevailed. well thats just a bit of what happen to me on obsidian. i thnk i could probably write a book on it.

p.s if i do see anyone in wrong with aga, i will kill him or her for it. lol

Ah yea i remember those days...

I remember me and vlad went hunting in wrong one day as newbs and i got the crap pked out of me by kilo, vlad escaped...i died :(

I started off in a pretty difficult time, basically when ashes relandi was pking, zureese pking, voldemort pking, kilourious pking, primal pking... yea...i usually got pked once or twice a day i remember losing three sets of myth on the same day due to being pked. But its all good, I had my laughs, and i trained hard, but i knew i would never be as good as the people who pked me...so unlike what others said, i still am not strong enough to take those that pked me...:P

yes, the good old days, I remember first meeting kilo....who i eventually met in real life mind you. Isn't it funny, we met on this game and now know each other in real life. At first I thougt that everyone was a weener who played this game and that i was the only cool person, lol. I got past myself once I met kilo, the guy is pretty f****** cool. At his house, me him and his brother went quadding for a few hours, so fun. I don't have any friensd here that own quads and we ahve shit trails and everything else. anyways, we went quadding with a gt attached to the back. him and his bro are right into the outdoors and me not so much, I was always the preppy one, lol. Anyways, IT was a f****** blast, altho, I almost go slammed into a tree, we got a huge laugh out of that.....and look at me, talking about real life...back to my story!!! when I first met kilo, we were both basically newbs like he said, and highlords army was my first guild, even tho we were new, we still knew how to handle ourselves.....do u know what, I don't remember once when we were killed if we were together, and I dont mean to brag, but that's the truth....wow, I never thought of that before....f*** KILO COME BACK, hehe

OMG yes that is a newb question. Just go into the options menu, click the bottom left hand tab, and put in what I said above, and clcik your bandages, then press your chosen key, and it will attempt to banadge heal you.

Simple.
