dont worry man it will get sorted. i know its frustrating but you will see it is worth it.

see we have a problem here but it is rumored that soon it will be fixed. we are short of active admins. we have great staff but most of the admins have moved on and there hasnt been any promotions yet. i am sure you understand that giving someone admin power to your shard isnt exactly something you do hastily. but im betting that will be remedied soon.

It just sucks, because all my friends who I gave CDs with the installer to are set up and okay, but it's not working for me.

My account doesn't work for lost password either, says it can't find my acc.. said the same when Ana tried for his acc too
