Not as much as I used to....lol

I've been off my workout routine for a few months, so I'm back on at about 40-50kg (100lb ish). I could do more easily but I need to buy some more weights as I've ran out

I do use about 20-25kg/arm (45-50lb ish) for dumbells tho. That kills when you've taken a break from working out lol... and I've bought a rowing machine to help me get back into shape also.

Lol... I did say that I've run out of weights for my bench and I need to buy some more. I've stopped working out in a gym and I'm doing it at home now. It's more convenient. Didn't 'lose' them lmao, just have 25kg on each side of the flys and about 25kg on the dumbell, so I need to buy more to put on the bench lol. She's really nice, supposed to be seeing her sat. Will post a pic when I can lol.
