First od all you have to belong to a Chaos or Order guild or you cannot equip them and i went back a third time now killed all the chaos guards with shields and still nothing in the loot so im pretty convinced it's been disabled now. Also Adam1 told me he has gone a cpl of times within the last 4-5 days and got no shield either. |
