Just think about this for ONE second!

Staff can check the IP address of any character on the shard - so if someone was to use an old LoV account, then maybe staff might not know the IP of the person who owns the account, but they could make damned sure nobody else who is a current player would be able to use it...
It actually IS a 2 sided coin...

As for staff interference in that event: yes - they did in that they took a SS of the current members of LoV and Cult and forbade anyone from joining those guilds --> you chucked a sooky because they wouldn't let YOUR warrior join the fight, but I chucked no such tantrum when MY warrior wasn't allowed to join LoV for the fight.

And as for people popping out of the sewers - we've pretty well covered that - like DD, there are many LoV members who lurk around the shard, GMing obscure crafting skills, playing once or twice a month, flexing their muscle when needed

Personally guilds are guilds, and thats the way uh huh uh huh the game goes. Guilds come and go, but its how u work in the guild that counts. So basically im saying that I have no problem with any guilds, ubtil they start acting like real asses.

Ex: Killing crafters and their rides does not make u cool, but it did make Ashes so much more enjoyable to see running around Brit bank. lol.
