lol sounds more complicated than it need be, but then if your importing/exporting from diff dealers in japan things gunna go wrong. many places here would simply breed them themselves and even when trading i dont think they got as expensive as 100k? I think in places like New Zealand where they've become resident in waterways they are considered a nuisance species - i even remember seeing something about people hunting them with bows, lmao
but that was a good few years ago n things may have changed there...*shudders at thought of shooting a fish worth 100k*
