Yes you said all of those things among others and you had things to say about Thas, CV and other mods as well. Don't want them to feel left out. Not a huge risk is it? emo be deh suxx , anyway, I couldn't post b4, and doubt this is going to go through I kept getting a 'fatal error' and it r be suxed just for your info I have on average 1 hour and 30 mins of time not sleeping at my house 13 hours of school basicly, because football practice and going to friends house, so it is you that has no life, you spend 5 x more time i do on the comp you have to get a life emo as for sin 'church' and Cv you take pride in making videos about WoW, and call me a loser? lol...and anyone irl that knows me knows I don't hide from shit, because I can probably go toe to toe with anyone on obsi and win :/ lol can anyone say they care about WoW in this group? ... no?...... ya i thought so PS. I will never get mad at you for trying to help us, it's just your absence that gets me mad, then coming back with a different game video. |

Kraken's been doing a good job trying to keep everyone level headed in a situation none of us really want to be in. No need to bash someone while they're trying to sort out some tension. And geeze everyone, it's a topic on WoW videos. While it was insensitive for CyberVic during the current situation, there's no need to go totally nuts and start mouthing off at each other. |

this is the last post i will ever have to read to know that you are a retard. i have had to revamp my chars for pvp oh i dont know probably about 10 times because of changes to the system. some changes were super major others not so major but the fact remains that 1 system had been inplace for a hella long time but it still got changed personally i liked the original one. but then agian who wouldnt it was awesome in every way shape and form. only thing i would keep from this system is how the mage hats work and maybe make training med a bit faster. the thing of it is. WARIORS AND MAGES ARE NOT SUPOSSED TO BE BALANCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the reason being is mages take alot longer and need MORE MONEY AND ITEMS COMPARED TO WARIORS! so for the last time and i never want to ever see another post saying how unbalanced pvp is EVER. just like life a warrior and a mage fight is NOT SUPOSED TO BE f****** FAIR. |

ok first of all, and this is aimed at the "get a life posts" surely u should get a life aswell? not only are you "spending time on here" but ur also causeing pointless arguments about it... also who gives a f*** if c.v likes wow and wants to post some stuff? does that mean none can log on?...no will it effect the game....no. will the shard selfdistruct....no. so y is everyone wingein? there are afew bugs witch need fixin... c.v cant fix them or im sure he would have already. so either play the shard the way it is... or f*** off...simple as. |

hey blob, not to change subjects or anything, I think it should be balanced, because the 40-60 str fish alone has to cost you atleast 700k my mage only cost me around 400k I think warriors are waay more expensive and they have to carry more expensive things, such as armor and good weps, as a mage has a myth set and some regs |

Hi all, I haven't posted much in a few weeks but those of you who care might want to read my views. Maybe. Unfortunately the players who are complete fuckers ruin it for those of you that care about the shard and have supported it over the years. It is now becoming wake up time. The reason BB doesn't focus his direct dev time, the reason that the playerbase is low, and the reason that I quit for a time and now mainly oversee the forums, is exactly as CV described. Once you spend time in an MMO world where a) you don't get bitched at b) you dont actually have to WORK c) people actually have to pay to value that work then you realise how shallow and ungrateful some of the player-side ranting is that emanates from this shard. I will always have a special place in my heart for Obsidian as both player and GM, and if Broadband rings the gongs of summoning for staff than I shall be right here with the ever-faithful. However Chips' comments are simply an example of the general vibe exuberating from the playerbase. Unfortunately while there are many of you with more intelligence and maturity (you know who you are) your presence is ever-marred by the taint of pre-pubescent bitching provided by the 'pr0' wasters who got banned from CounterStrike after googling Wall Hax and drifted onto Obsidian. I love and always will love those of you who are respectful and dedicated to each other, the shard, and the staff - and it is for you that we have all contributed hundreds of hours of time. However the sad reality is that your enjoyment has been ruined by a bunch of sad immature trolls who seek to undermine and make demands of the few staff we have. In fact, they seem quick to forget that they are getting a free service from professionals. Heck the senior staff aren't kids; we all have full time jobs and it is difficult to justify time investment in our spare time which is supposed to be relaxing. So, I would stand by CV's comments and not say they are over-dramatic. From knowing CV for some time I know he tells it like it is and I am sure the wiser amongst you can confess that his feelings are indicative of those felt by all those who hold Obsidian dear to their hearts. To CV - Glad to hear from you buddy, and also glad that my track found a bit of use  Whilst I love LOTRO as opposed to WoW, I cant help feeling that the song fitted your video nicely and seems to suit your guild also. I would have to agree with quite a few points on here. I do agree that it kind of sucks that BB has basically abandonded a shard we have all enjoyed playing on, but i can see why he doesn't make his presence known on here. All i have seen in the last year or so is the same tired argument in every thread no matter what the subject. Basically the thing is this the shard will probably never be as it was. It will probably never have an active admin, and will probably never have any of the major bugs fixed. So you have as i see it 3 choices; you can continue to play the shard as is, you can just keep refreshing your stuff in hopes that someday it might be as it was, or you can just out and out quit. But whatever you do just remember that constant bitching and whining is not helping anything. And attacking someone who posts something non-obs related in "off topic" of all places, serves absolutely no purpose what so ever. If anything it could very well be the final stroke that doomed Obs forever. Nice job.
