they do have custom housing and gardening on most shards. but i understand that your ideas go beyond just design.

Boat houses would be awesome. I think having a house built into a boat would be cool. Once the taxes lapse on it, it sinks.

WORLDS BIGGEST.....

Be neat if there was kinda like a shrine where players could add pieces of material. As pieces are added it grows. Like have a giant statue. Once you add enough copper ores it grows to full height and transforms into a mythical moster who carries loads of drops. Or, once it is complete it will make a doomsday device thus triggering a quest to find the evil creator to bring him to justice and prevent the end of the world.

Variations on that would be cool.

No one would know what type of event it triggers but it would be random upon the final piece being added. Once it is added, it creates a roll and selects one of the pre-programmed scenarios, ranging from a monster to the plague. These events could be pre-made and be totally autonomous of staff direction.

Could also work in a way that interacts with everyday action. Like when someone loses fame from getting killed by a player, it loads the device. When full a quesst appears to the person who is the last to fill it. Kinda like a jackpot. The person would have 48 hours to complete the quest. If he completes it in time he would attain Lord status and a pile of loot or a rare.

First Person Mode.

Wouldn't it be neat if after a fight you could link to a video showing the battle in first person view?

Maybe it could be done. Have an option box to select capture mode before a fight. After you press the button, all your moves will be catalogued on a temp file. When you deselect that option a few minutes later, it will link you to a web page. That page will have collected: location, actions/spells, opponent, items worn, weather among other things. It would then piece together a series of animations recreating the battle in first person mode or whatever view desired.

Would take a heck of alot of design etc but wouldn't it be neat?

Speed based upon stats would be cool. If you are not strong and agile perhaps you should walk slower. If you are uber strong and agile, maybe you should be a good sprinter. This could also be based upon physical activity. If you are an alchy who sits all day mixing, perhaps you should be fat and cumbersome, in other words, slow. But, if you are an alchy who chops wood, alot, you would be in shape and able to run at a normal/good speed.

So basically taking into consideration many different factors, we could add to the status bar a speed rating. 1-10. You could moniter this and as it drops you could get cracking on the hunting etc.

Would be neat to see less banksitting and more productivity :lol:

having the ability to walk on water ;),like a spell,maybe hav like monsters drop like these teleporters that only works once and teleports u onto an island with special creatures,and if your able to defeat them all u end up against sum island king who drops like tribal equipement or sumting.if udie u walk into a teleporter that sends u to like vesper or britain

Duplicate Self.

Cast upon self. You are then made into 3 exact copies of yourself. The two non-original chars cannot cast but can swing weapons. They could be dispelled by another caster. They would be controlled like a normal summon but when you say all kill, all three say it. If one of the chars dies the other still remains. If you are able to mix it up some maybe the opponent would confuse who is the real char. Would be sorta fun pvm as well.

.sort

when u use this ingame command you would be able to sort all like items into one spot within your pack. You say .sort and target the type of item you want sorted. Then, you click on the spot to be sorted to. The command will then stack perfectly all items identical to the original target.

NEATO!

Random pirate or barbarian spawns.

Over the horizon you see a balck flag with a skull and crossbones identifying the juggernaut of a ship as a pirate ship. It lands just down shoar of you and out from the gaping jaws that is its gangplank spews hoards of battle hardened sea scoundrels. They begin pillaging the country side looting all they can. The only thing you can do is run for reinforcements before the villains reach the local crafters.

You return with a squadron of the most fierce of Obsidians warriors and mages. After a bloody battle, you are left battered but alive. Your group makes its way back down to the spot where the ship landed. You decimate the troops who are left taking care of the ship. After looting the ship of all its valuables looted from faraway lands, you scuttle the empty carcass that was the scourge of the seas for decades and go home richer than you started.

So yeah, random incursions by AI driven foes would be neat. The animal life would be destroyed in that area where they land and would not respawn until they are killed. As well all shops in the area would be looted of all cash and goods and therefore closed. The villains would have a predetermined course of actions(patrol) and would expire after 3 days.


With the same concept in mind, random thief camps would be cool. Like 3-6 pvp AI in a camp area that would attack someone that comes within its radius.
