How do we persuade someone who is never on the game he created?

I've played this game for what? O a good 3-4 years, and I have seen Broadband "The Owner" 2 times. I've seen blinkers once, and cybervic none, jorus none, hydro none, all those staff that are never on need to be removed and have replacements ready to replace them.

Staff talk about these staff all the time saying they do such a great job helping the shard, when I've never f****** seen them.

u do relize you seeing them (i.e. them answering pages is a small fraction of what they do)

Cybervic doesnt play anymore, he had to redownload Obs janurary to unban me when i texted him. He downloaded it and didnt even unban me lol. Hes to busy working at dolphin software

It's not a perfect system I'll admit but rather than attack the things we can't change (number of coders) let's focus instead on the things we can change (the way everyone reports bugs, flaming in forums).

I've just sent a PM around to alot of people asking that they keep the bugs/suggestions forum clean of banter and idle chatter - that way bob will be able to see and identify bugs quicker than he can currently.

If we can refine those channels of communication then we will reduce the number of miscommunications. Lately it seems like there have been alot and it's causing alot of friction between everyone, not just between players and staff.

Well i just logged on and i'm jailed. Well elt's see i have no illegal runes whatsoever i even got rid of the ones to cove immediately after i was no longer allowed in there. And my stats have all been done a long time ago so i have no reasin to use a stat bug that i dont know how to so i would love to know why was i jailed?

Okay before I go around marking runes. Can a staff member please show me where they stated which
places are illegal to mark. I really dont feel like marking in the wrong area and getting jailed.

Would be appreciated to know what places are allowed, and which are not.

illegal runes are pretty much any runes that you can't otherwise get to from rc or w/e

well that would be the only reason that i would be jailed i had a couple of runes that were a bit rare but was told by some staff they were ok.
