All staff members should and will be picked by Mr J I think, a counsellor is a starting block to find fair staff that are none bias and will not favour friends over others and try to resolve players probs and questions and anyone that does get a counsellors job should tell know one so they can act accordingly.

omg not necesseraly.... there are many other ppl that have been here longer or about the same time as elleb/shooter and others.... and i have seen other members with abilities of handling this job... my vote for someone that knows what they are doing.... someone that has been here when obsidian was down with only 5 players were on... someone that didnt give up on obsidian when it was having troubles.... im not saying that elleb wouldnt do a good job... hey he knows i love him... but give the ppl that where here through the hard times of obsidian a chance they deserve recognition for not giving up when it all seemed like the end...

for those of you guys that dont know who i am.... i was a gm here and the web designer for obsidian... i have been playing since the start of obsidian along with some others that are still around such as athena, elleb,impe,slugs,blizz,valor,seph,jorus,blinkers,bb, and many others.... if you guys have any questions or any problems just pm and i'll help you guys out...

Yeah I know there are many olders players but it needs motivation and its tough being fair and same to everyone and I think Shooter and Elleby are pretty nice thats all .....I kinda think we have too many GM's or Counsies about 6 GM's plus Counsies would be good cause like I dont think the number helps alot while quality does...so thats wat I am kinda trying to say...not that the GM dont do their job but most of em are kinda busy or inactive at times..

I dont think ill want barney for staff, he would prolly sexually harrasme, like in that pic he has hehe ( Staff banging some player )...
