Nothing could ever replace a living, breathing person. And none of the Obsidian staff or players will try to do that. What we may be doing in the coming days is creating a memorial for Affliction (Will) so that all who pass by it can look up and say hey I remember him and the dedication he showed to the Obsidian community.

We knew him as Affliction, Decayed-Stone and Bush-fire.

He loved his taming and his mining and blacksmithing, but most of all he loved to share a good time with his friends on this great game. May he find continued happiness to where he has gone now.

Ide like to get all the people that cared for him that wrote him something in the past few days that didnt no what was goin on with him to share with his mom.

I didn't know him well but seen him in game. I feel for both his family and friends here on obsi. I think that everyone has a different way of dealing w/ horrible things that happen such as this and to ea. thier own. If u wanna build a statue... build it. If u wanna let things be, let them be. What ever YOU need to help deal w/ it.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family. I didn't know him that well in game. But he was always in irc. People that don't play games like this can never understand the friendship you can form with someone you have never seen in rl. Losing an OBS friend is pretty much just like losing a RL friend.

Like I was telling my wife just the other day- This is more than just a game. It is a place for friends to come and hang out together. Most ppl on here I feel like they are just as much friends to me as my RL friends are. I mean everytime I think about somewhere I would like to visit, I would think who from OBS is near there that I might could pop in and say hi to.
