We didn't get universal health care...we got a public option thing. Obama had the right idea...but the corrupt members of congress (with lobbyists in their ears) messed it all up.

And as for this whole health care bill plunging us further into debt? Do you not know about the $20 medicare restructuring that Bush pushed through Congress in '02? Where were the complaints about the hit taxpayers took for that?

Last I heard, Obama's idea is to make health care better and more affordable to middle class and lower families. Sad thing is, he's out there for the world to see while Congress bends us over and he gets all the blame.

As far as automakers having their CEOs fired by Obama - The government stepped in on that one because GM and Chrysler asked them to - Ford turned down the government aid. Also, judging from the low quality high priced cars coming from GM and Chrysler, wouldn't you have fired their executives too?
