These from the old testament:
Leviticus 18:22 states the principle: "You [masculine] shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination." The second (Lev. 20:13) adds the penalty: "If a man lies with a male as a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death, their blood is upon them."

If it wasnt ment to be performed, why is the tendency for some to do it even there? If it is such an evil, EVIL thing.. why would "God" have allowed us to think it, and why is the tendency in some when it is never seen in others? Look am sorry bitches. Yal gotta open ur minds. I agree that what yal say is partially true. yes. We are all humans and therefore need the same rights. That is true.. and i agree with it. First of all, from the bible's perspective, simply being gay is not wrong, but homosexual sexual acts are, but so is premarital sex between straight people. The bottom point is that it forbids gay marriage, but you people see what you want to see and warp it into a "all gay people are going to hell" type of thing, which couldn't be farther from the truth. Are you saying that God will accept a murderer such as Saul who hunted down countless Christians, who became the apostle Paul, but NOT someone who is gay?

Also you're quoting only a few points and seeing that its from the old testament, that's not saying much, since so many single verses in the Bible seem completely contradictory and usually can't be taken literally. Also, the old testament portrays God more as a judge, and the new testament focuses more on his compassion, so if you're taking the point of view as a CHRISTian (follower of Christ) you may want to back yourself up equally with both parts.

Not sticking to what my parents say or what i hear on CNN. I try to build my own opinion by listening to different ppl, and then making my own conclusions. Things that you guys cant seem to understand, and if you do then you do not show it. since its easy to say stfu. this and that. make yourself look stupid. but read what you wrote and you will see all the "smart" things you said.
