I Tryed to sign up before but had a bad e mail, so i got a new e mail then it worked, but is said that i was only allowed one account, i dont even have one. Would someone be able to make me an account.

The problem is that it only allows 1 account per IP address, and it was
loged when You've tried registering with the first e-mail. If you want to
play right now, You'll need to use a friend's PC or go to some Internet
Cafe and use computer there to register. Although, I'd suggest PM'ing
Broadband or CyberVic (possibly Hydro, too) on forums here with the
account details You want created.

Have you checked the bulk folder of your e-mail? Sometimes it gets sent to that folder.
