i have a avatar but i can't get it on, how do i change its size to 110*110 pixels and make it 10kb in size

You can use basic "paint" if you're not too experianced, just make the canvas 110 pixles by 110 pixles and then paste your picture and cut to size.
You can also use things like photoshop once you know abit more. Hehe.

I find it easier under Photoshop. Just go to "Image" and then "Image Size". You can type in the width and height you want and the program does the rest.
When you save it, save it as a .gif. It will usually save and be within the 10K limit

After changing the image size, File > Save For Web will give you a variety of options for saving the image with a compressed file size.
Alternatively, just post the picture you want as your avatar on this thread and I can edit it to the right dimensions/file size and then upload the avatar for you.
